Do I need to pay for the delivery?
No. Reckitt India will cover for delivery and associated charges. You don’t need to pay any charges towards the same.
Is the personalization sticker free of cost?
Yes. Reckitt India will print and ship the sticker to the shipping address free of cost. The promo pack with scratch code on the back of the pack will have to be purchased by you though😊
Is it compulsory to give my personal details like Phone No/email ID?
Yes. These will be used to ship a personalized sticker for your Foaming Handwash. Please share the correct details to ensure the smooth dispatch of stickers for your personalized pack. Your details will be treated as per Reckitt’s Privacy Policy
What is the minimum and maximum picture size limit, which needs to be met for uploading on the website?
The maximum picture size can be 10MB. The minimum picture size should be 300x300 pixels.
How can I track the status of my personalized sticker?
Once you place the order, you will get a confirmation email on the email ID you have shared. Once the sticker is shipped, you will get a tracking code and courier details via a WhatsApp message on the phone number shared by you.
Where do I find the code?
The 10-character alpha-numeric code is available on the back of your Foaming Handwash pack. You will need to scratch the scratch-guarded surface on the pack, to find out the code.
What kind of photos are allowed for the creation of personalized stickers?
You can either use photos from your phone’s/computer’s gallery or use the device’s camera to click fresh photos.
As per our terms and conditions of the offer, please refrain from using imagery of politics, religious symbols, uniform/s, flags, emblems, race-caste references, product names/trademarks, advertisements, literature, any form of caricature, government affiliations, society, company, or NGO names/marks. In case you refrain from these guidelines then the image will be rejected.
